I put a little in my tea just to loosen me up and bit and it does and marvelous job! My wife also absolutely loves this stuff. Tastes greats, great texture on the tongue, overall amazing feeling that tends to work within minutes!

I love the tincture! For dosing, there’s about 16mg of delta 8 per 1mL of liquid. I take about 3mL for a ~50mg dose, about the same as a full sized edible. The dropper really lets you correctly dose each time! Vanilla blackberry is my favorite, it reminds me of doctor pepper! Glass bottle and dropper are reusable as well!

Hi can someone please tell me how much should you take having a hard time to dose right.
