What is the Smilyn Wellness Shipping Policy...

Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Smilyn Wellness products are sent using US Postal Service. Shipping times is dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in California. Typical shipping times may vary from 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. This does not include any potential for inclement weather or holidays.

If you have questions about your order or shipping, please submit your request to contact@caboellagroup.com or complete our contact form to speak to Customer Service. Smilyn Wellness requires a signature at delivery for all orders with a value of $500 or more. Requests for use of a courier service or overnight shipping cannot be processed on this website; however, we generally can accommodate these requests.

Shipping is subject to the foregoing disclaimers:

1. Smilyn Wellness believes that hemp-derived products containing naturally occurring Delta 8 and a 0.3% or less Delta-9 are legal under federal law as of the date of publication of these Disclaimers (The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill) and
2. Smilyn Wellness believes that hemp-derived products containing naturally occurring Delta 8 and 0.3% or less Delta-9 are legal under certain state laws as of the date of publication of these Disclaimers, which is November 2022. Smilyn Wellness makes no other guarantees, representations, and/or warranties that this Delta 8 THC product is legal in your state, territory, county or local jurisdiction. Delta-8 products may not be sold or shipped in the following jurisdictions: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, lowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.
3. Smilyn Wellness believes that mushroom products are legal to sell to consumers over the age of 21 under federal law except in the state of Louisiana. We do not ship to the following states, cities, and/or municipalities: State of Louisiana

4. Hemp & Cannabinoid Product Shipping Restrictions

   We comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and only ship hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. Due to state laws, certain products cannot be shipped to specific states:

   THCA Products:
   Cannot be shipped to: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont

   Delta-8 Products:
   Cannot be shipped to:

5. NOTE: We do not ship internationally. 

Free Shipping on Orders Over $60: Free shipping is calculated at checkout for orders exceeding $60. (Note: Due to vaping regulations, all orders containing vaping products require age verification fee at checkout and do not qualify for free shipping.

When you purchase Route+ protection at checkout - your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route + package protection at checkout. (NOTE: You must purchase Route + Protection at checkout to receive this service. Smilyn Wellness is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.)

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of "porch piracy" must be made 5 days after "delivery date" but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
